How much does a D365 WMS implementation cost?
Our Accelerated WMS starts at S$250,000 for the base package on standard functionality, with fixed-price upgrades you choose yourself. Bespoke, partner-delivered builds typically run S$450,000–1.2 million with scope left open.
Microsoft licensing is separate and paid to Microsoft: indicatively US$210 per full user per month, US$80 per device and US$8 per Team Member, with a 20 full-user minimum for new D365 SCM customers. Get your own numbers in 3 minutes.
How long does a D365 WMS go-live take?
An Accelerated build can be live in as little as 12 weeks, followed by two weeks of onsite go-live support. If your team needs more time to get comfortable, or a critical extension or integration is still landing, go-live moves later at no additional cost. Complex, multi-site or automated operations take longer and are scoped after discovery under Tailored WMS.
Can D365 WMS run alongside SAP, NetSuite or Business Central?
Yes. Warehouse management only mode lets D365 WMS run the warehouse while your existing ERP stays the system of record for finance and orders. It's often the fastest route to a modern WMS without an ERP replacement.
We already have a D365 implementation partner. Can you still help?
Yes, and that's a common setup. We're brought in by the partner or the customer for specialist WMS depth, independent design authority, or a phase the delivery team doesn't cover. How we work with partners.
